• October 15, 2024- This is the final registration date for attendees who would like to have their abstracts considered for an oral and/or poster presentation. Please have your mentor send a letter of support to Joao.Pereira@yale.edu.

• Please use this template for Abstracts. Please do not change font style or font size.

Full Registration (includes Saturday night Lodging, 3 Meals from Lunch Saturday to Breakfast Sunday, and all coffee breaks and the Beer Tasting)

Friday night lodging also available.

HOUSING - Housing at MBL includes rooms in the newer Swope Center or in the more historical dorms. Rooms in Swope will be assigned first, so if that is your preference, PLEASE REGISTER EARLY! Free parking in designated lots - see map under "Getting There".
